Will be ariving in Rogersville on Saturday 10/28, and wondering if the fall colors are at peak yet?

I'd say pretty much they are at peak. There are a few trees still a little green, but mostly I look out and see a sea of yellow, red, and orange. It's very pretty right now.

I'd say the fall colors will be at their peak or just past the peak, which will still be gorgeous. Good timing! By the way, it's cold right now ... be sure to bring some warm clothes.

I agree with the other two posts. I was in Rogersville yesterday turning the heat on for my folks, who have been traveling and don't want to come home today to a cold house! The colors are BEAUTIFUL! Even though they are just past peek.
You just missed the Heritage Fest which was this past weekend in down town Rogersville, but there are still several "Fall" things to do and going on. Check out the local newspaper before you head out, it is http://hawkins.xtn.net/ Have a fun SAFE trip! ![]() |
