Default Food City and Publix offering free antibiotics.

Thumbs up Did these companies just watch "Sicko"? Hooray for them.

Even if this is a good PR move for these chains, it is a real boon for all of those families who might have little ones with winter ear infections and the like.

Also, for our seniors who often forego medication because their incomes just will not stretch that far.

Whatever the impetus was that started these programs, I say hooray for community responsibility and accountability.
