Post News, Clay County moonshiner gets Presidential pardon.
CLAY COUNTY -- It's been 42 years since 63-year-old Clay County resident Eddie Trobaugh was convicted of violating the liquor laws for making moonshine in a field just down the street from where he lives now.

And although he's tried to live a "clean" life and abide by laws since then, the felony conviction has stayed on his record ever since he was convicted at 21 years old, that is until now.
