Her mother says I spoil her.

That's cause I do! When that one came along, she took a piece of my heart and hasn't given it back yet.

Wink What good friends we have here on the Tennessee forums! We are blessed.

Here's a nice one, hik. Can't help with the house or the teleporter. But, a nice juicy tomato isn't too bad!!

Boy, we sure do have a lot of nice folks on this forum. Lots of caring and sharing. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your family and friends.

In all seriousness . . .

Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah to everyone here. It's been a pleasure getting to know all of you this year.

I promise to behave next year. At least until January 2nd.

I can be happy with the tomato. Just make sure it's from Grainger County!

Thanks, Gem!

Now, if someone can invent a teleporter for me, they will be a gazillionaire!

Alleycat: Not behaving will be your Christmas gift to me. You are an endless source of entertainment!

[quote=hiknapster;2304466]Heartfelt Christmas Wishes for My City-Data Friends!

Goodbyehollywood: I have no idea. You always seem so happy.

Wow, who said I couldn't act...

Thank you, hiknapster, and happy holidays to you! I hope the New Year brings you a wildly successful new business, a wonderful new house to call home and a whole new chapter of life, filled with page after page of exciting new things to try and new paths to travel.

And to you and everyone else, I wish new friends, new adventures and joy, love and laughter in abundance.

And, now, to all a good night... (The doorbell is ringing-- or maybe an angel just got his wings. Either way, there is much merrymaking to be made!)

You better be happy GBH! I can intimidate people and make it so!

I'm thinking that an angel just got his wings.

Let the merrymaking ensue...

Default Merry Christmas one and all.

Crisp air

Bitten cheeks

Dragons breathe

Silence speaks

Skies are filled

The grass creaks

Alone unseen

Together they sing

A quilted patchwork

Of frozen art

Upon the earth

It warms the heart

Beauty fleeting

Meaning everlasting

It is fantastic

It is magic

It is Christmas

To all my liberal and Democrat friends:

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit, my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low-stress, non-addictive, gender-neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion of your choice, or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasion and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all. I also wish you a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year 2008, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great. Not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country nor the only America in the Western Hemisphere. Also, this wish is made without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith or sexual preference of the wishee.

To all my conservative and Republican friends:

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
