I sure hope You are right on the market opening up here in Florida Tinman . I have had mine for sale since April , and have not had one showing . We have over 100 homes for sale in our mobile home park . There are 968 homes total in the retirement park and probably only 3 or 4 have sold since then .

Yeah. I don't foresee people having a burning need to move to Florida in February '08 or any time soon. That was a hard lesson learned.

But was is so odd about this they are building homes in my area,not as fast as they where a year ago,"BUT" still building homes.And people are still moving in.I know from the news that Orlando gets on average around 2500-3500 new families each month,thats a family of 4.They are 10 years behind on schools and roads.Every one wants too be near the mouse house........
