I was just looking in a real estate book at homes and saw at Boyd's Creek you can get a NEW home for $110,900 with a garage! This was from Countyside Real Estate, anyone know about these homes? It sounds too good to be true....is it?????

Wink Homes in Tennessee

What is the square footage? What is the Acreage? If they are small homes with no land, I would say it is not a deal!!!! We are looking for a home with land at about 2200 sq. ft. Don't want to shake hands with a neighbor from my window!!!!!

I think they're around 1200sq ft some have a litte more. We don't care how much land there is and we want something smaller.

Best I can tell from looking them up is that it will mostly likely be a subdivision where everyone is really close to each other. The ones I looked up similar to what you posted were also in homeowner's associations- which wouldn't affect price of the house just adds fees. That sounds about right for prices in TN, especially if there is not much land/yard to the house.
