Hearing all the infomration about how isolated Sneedville is...Wonder where is there a good hospital?

Wellmont Hawkins County in Rogersville is closest, and from there you can go toward Wellmont Holston Valley in Kingsport or UT Medical Center in Knoxville for Level 1 Trauma Care. There are also other hospitals in Greeneville and Morristown.

Summerlashea is on a distinguished road
Wellmont actually has a new hospital in Sneedville. It's brand new and very equipped. In major emergencies, they send in helicopters from Kingsport and Knoxville to Sneedville. There are also two hospitals in Morristown.

Summer is right. The hospital in Sneedville is known as a Critical Access Hospital. It is licensed only for triaging emergency situations, not as a "regular" hospital.

* Emergency care
* Inpatient care
* Laboratory tests
* Diagnostic imaging, including traditional X-rays and a CT scanner
* Physical therapy
