I've been watching the TV weather for the last hour (while I'm actually working on an Excel investment worksheet). It's raining a little here, but so far it's not as heavy as the TV weather radar makes it look. I think we're suppose to get the heaviest part of the storm where I live right about 7:00 CST. According to the radar there is one VERY heavy part of the storm that is headed right at . . . ahhhhhhhhhhhhh, me! :-0

It's a relatively slow moving storm.

Hope it's not dangerous, but Tennessee could use the rain, eh?

Look! A flying cow!
Actually, the storm that is passing over Nashville at this very moment doesn't seem quite as bad as the radar indicated it would be. There's some rain, and some thunder . . . but nothing damaging where I live. Of course, it could be worst north or south of Nashville, so use reasonable precautions.

We've been steadily getting rain for the past two months, thank goodness.
Glad to know it isn't that bad. I'm torn between going to bed and hiding and staying up and watching the primary. I think I should choose the former, since it is past my bedtime.

Just stay aware over there. The storm could have some bad storm cells that might be dangerous.

I don't think I CAN go to sleep. Looking well south of Nashville, and heading our way, are some very scary looking storms!

How close are the storms to you, Hik? Are there large trees around your place? If it gets real scary, try to go to a spot that is away from windows and get under a supported roof area where falling tree limbs and such cannot do much damage.
Stay safe. They look like they are moving pretty quickly, so it should be through pretty soon.
