There is about 10 of those every Saturday and some Sundays from Spring to Fall in the Tri-Cities area! Some with about 50 vendors.

Festivals in East Tennessee
There is a 2-day festival in Rogersville that is absolutely wonderful the first weekend in October - "Heritage Days". My family is from there - we live in Ohio and drive down every year for it. Great time!
