Jellico Tennessee ???? (moving to, racist, area)

I Have A cousin who is thinking about moving to Jellico Tennessee.
She is White But has Mixed Children (Half Black) and she was told she probably shouldn't move there because there are a lot of racist people there i was just wondering if i could get some information from anyone in or around that area about if it would be okay for her to move there or if there is a better location for a mixed race family close to Jellico Tennessee Or Williamsburg Kentucky.


She is planning on moving this summer so any help with the area would be greatly apprecated.

I have seen mixed in this area, nice people Most of them are born and raised in and around Jellico when I think about it who would move there there's gotta be more interesting places where did she hear of this place its dull
