Default relocating

My family is considering relocating to the lafayette, red boiling springs area. We live in Dallas now, and it is way too busy. We are looking for a smaller town with good schools and not alot of crime. We are both willing to drive 15-30 miles to go to work. He is a truck driver and has warehouse experience and I ma a certified nursing aide and work for a hospice company. Any information anyone can offer will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Donna
