Default relocating from fl.

We now live in central fl. and things are geeting way out of control $$$$. Property taxes, insurance, winter visitors. We are meeting realtors in Dayton, Spring city and Decatur next week. We are looking at waterfront. What can u tell me about this area of tn. We are both semi retired and I want this to be my last move.

Default Dayton waterfront

There is a brand new dev South side of Dayton in North Sale creek called Channel POINTE. I'm sure this will be very upscale. I have pic of the bridge, Rt 30 view if you wish e-mail ?. Further north TVA just came under public opion to WITH-HOLD selling land to two proposed water developments, so this is getting PRIME wish list. Resale are there. High end is $2million near Possum Bridge, deep water channel, as coves get drained down for winter, Guess you know that or will ask real estate questions. Also new lots have some sort of 30% clearing TVA guidline ?? Only that % can be cut to open up your view ?? Or only 30% of shoreline will be sold ? Shallow waterline is still TVA or public rights maybe 25 feet up from water or 2 ft of elevation, The 930 line ?? You can not always build a shed or something right to water. ASK lots of questions up front, or buy a resale. Dock permits not that easy to come by, but river is clean and fishing good. Ex- Brevard co 3 months ago.

Default did'nt know

i was not aware of the tva restrictions on % of land clearing. these are ? i will ask realtor. 1 of the properties which is a resale will require some land clearing to view lake and i am being told it is dockable. this property is on lake chick. i have noticed that year round water will run about 100k more than seasonal. thanks for the info.
