Default Are these dry counties/cities?

I just would like to know if these: Greeneville (not Greene County), Knox County and Blount County are dry counties/cities. Does that mean (never lived in a dry area) that you they don't have liquor stores/bars, you can't get a drink in a restuarant, and you can get it trouble if you buy elsewhere and bring it in? Thanks!

I can't remember about Blount County. I know it came up a couple of years ago because people were talking about it would allow the Knoxville airport to offer alcohol by the drink. Not sure if it passed. I do know that Townsend turned it down in the election two weeks ago and they are in Blount Co.
