Cool Just Visited Your Great State

My Husband and I went to finally look at a lot we had bought in Rock Harbor on Norris Lake in Claiborne County. I live in north central florida in the country on a dirt road.I have seen that after reading this site for a few days alot of people from Florida have made the move Tn. I mentioned I lived off a dirt road because some people have said that floridians are invading Tn trying to change things there that we can't drive and we are mad because there are no malls everywere there like here. Well we are not all like that the only time I go to the mall there 's always a Christmas tree in it and most of us do know how to drive. But I must say that alot of people in Florida are from other places I myself came from Buffalo N.Y. were it kinda snows alittle LOL then came to Florida for a few weeks after High School graduation that was 34 years ago. So in a few years I am so looking forward to moving to your beautiful state and I promise I will drive carefully not complain and be one of the nicest Floridian you have ever met. I just have to get use to your roads I don't think I can get my Harley up the entrance road to my future house its a little steeeeeep. So I'll keep reading you are all very helpful.
Thanks Pattie

I just looked at a map to see where that county is and saw the photos on the Chamber of Commerce website. It looks really beautiful up there. Good luck.

It's great that it worked out so well, but I wouldn't advise this type of transaction. There are some real con-artists out there on sight unseen real estate deals. Beware.
