couple guys at work are renting apts. $900 month. 3 bedrooms
rent is jumping to $1200 month... why?
because they can....

What I've seen thus far is high rental prices in TN, the rents are the same as in WA state, yet the wages are much lower. Besides, anyone who is willing to GLADLY pay $2000 a month in rent should be buying vice renting anyway. Much better bang for the buck in TN.
