Johnson City has 3,000+ millionaires? Seems excessively high.

Being a millionaire these days isn't that much of a stretch. A middle class couple that saved and watched their spending for 20 years could easily be millionaires now. I'm 31 and my retirement requirements are going to be something along the lines of $2,500,000 due to inflation.

The median HHI in Johnson City is only about $30,000. Population is just about 65k. I can't see 5% of the population being millionaires. Seems way too high.

I'm pretty sure these figurse are for metropolitan and micropolitan areas, otherwise places like Franklin and Murfreesboro would be listed separately. The Johnson City metropolitan area has a population of just over 200,000.
