Smile want to move to Greeneville TN

We want to move to TN, and Greeneville looks very beautiful and quiet. A great place to raise our children. We live in Delaware. My husband is a journeyman plumber, and wondering if there is work there for this type of trade. I had a previous post, but cant find it.. So I'm posting a new one. We would also be buying our first house. Any help ?
