Default Are you city or country?

We live in very rural Telford just outside of Jonesborough. What's your situation?

Well, you know I am your neighbor right up the road in Gray...so rural here, but close enough to city.

Well, I've live out in the county in Montgomery County; Auburn, Al; Clarksville, TN; and now Nashville for the past 27 years.

I hate to say "I'm a little bit country, a little bit, uh, city" but that's how I feel. I like many of the things about living in the country, but also some of the things about living in a city.

Last time I heard, there was still one working dairy farm in Nashville-Davidson County.

There used to be a gentleman who owned a chain of grocery stores . . . and had cows in Belle Meade. That's the equivalent of having cows in Beverly Hills. Sadly, Mr. Hill is no longer with us and the cows have been replaced with expensive homes.

By the way, you're suppose to tip them 15%, but 20% is appreciated.

I live in rural Hardeman County. Live in the woods. Lake [not a pond] behind the house. Across the road is my cousins Tennessee Walking horse farm. I'd say it's pretty country.

I guess I am considered city. I live in Murfreesboro. Someday I will venture to be a country girl. Maybe when I retire and can really enjoy it.
