Hey Pam - No I was just attempting a little levity.  I spoke to a friend tonight in Chattanooga who says they have probably got 4" of rain.
Now I also read online that Georgia, Florida, and Alabama are fighting about water, the mussels on the coast of Florida, etc. I think where water is concerned there will always be a battle - until we are under it!
