Nah considering the cities. I would imagine it was the middle class folks who are getting priced out of the cities.

It is posted in Forbes to make the rich people feel good.

I was just jokin', I knew where Beachbyrd meant. She's a recent transplant from Florida as well. Her and Tridad hang up in the Chattanooga foum and they are excellent people.

I agree with your take on Florida by the way. I lived in Jupiter 6 years and now south of Tampa for 13 years. IMO, this coast is a little nicer in terms of climate and congestion. But where you live, is how you make it. We've loved our time in Florida, but some day, we will make the trek to cooler climes hoping to enjoy that chapter as much as the ones we are living now.
