LauraC that is a great idea for the sign on the tablecloth. I am sure lots of pics will be taken. My camera just broke so I am running around trying to find another before I go up there. Its getting close ladies and gents. My workdays are just dragging because I want to be there NOW!

Sounds good, VB--you can be the "go-to-gal" for anything I forget.

But aside from what we've got, I can't see anything being an actual crisis, can you?

Food, drinks, music, bathrooms, and great company!

Anything else anyone can think of??

Some of us are girls, and given the right incentive, (usually alcohol related) will dance! I will anyway.

It has occurred to me (über duh) that since we're driving down we'll need to bring a cooler too. But I reckon we've got a lot of stuff to keep cool, so Gem if it's not too much trouble maybe we should still bring yours. If it's a hassle, let me know and I'll bring our great big one instead of our pretty big one. No sweat.

Otherwise...We're good to go! Yay!

Bbkaren, I'll be bringing our cooler, regardless. It's a good size to hold plenty of drinks and ice. Our only problem will be that we have to leave about 4 PM on Sat. So, we may have to transfer anything left in our cooler to another one. Does that sound doable?

Or, we can have a raffle for a large blue and white Igloo cooler!!
