Help!....please
Hi all,
I am a Realtor in western NC helping a client who is from the Delano, TN area. My client currently has a commercial property and several residential lots on the market but hasn't had so much as an offer. What's the market like in that part of TN? Can anyone suggest an aggressive Realtor that might be interested in taking on these listings? Any and all help will be appreciated! Thank you.
