I love post and beam as long as the wood is not "too" dark. Post and beam construction was quite popular in many parts of the country during the 1970s, but has since faded from popularity. Material costs have obviously increased since that time.

What's interesting about this series is the Post & Beam ~Timber Frame is pre-constructed in a factory and delivered to the job site, the factory is using CAD Drawing and downloading the drawing into the fabrication equipment on the factory floor to make a seamless wall, that Post~Beam is cut from the CAD Drawings. Looks to very interesting series........
