Default Real Estate Agents

could any of ya'll recommend a real estate agent ( or agents ) around the Dale Hollow area? I emailed 4 different agents 3 days ago and have yet to have any response. I would appreciate any first hand experience info., good or bad.

I thank you in advance,
Steve

I can't remember what our policy is on posting real estate links so I will just send you a list in DM if you like.

TnHilltopper,
Thanks for the DM. That will certainly help me get started. The housing market must be on fire up there for me not to get any returns on previously sent emails. I do appreciate the help and I hope you have a great weekend!!!

Steve

I am a bit surprised that no one has contacted you right back yet. Housing market certainly isn't on fire by any stretch of the word. It does seem to be moving along at a slow, steady and methodical pace.

I will look over a few of those links I sent you and pick out the ones best suited to your needs and that I know are most active and reputable.

Default You shouldn't be surprised.

From personal experience with sending e-mail inquiries to realtors in that area, and other areas in Tennessee as well, the great majority never respond. Those who do, rarely do so promptly. It may well be that realtors everywhere receive a large number of e-mail inquiries, and that experience has shown them that most of those inquiries amount to nothing. Still, as a consumer, it can be frustrating. If you see a property that you're keen on, and you're really serious about buying, give the realtor a call. It's worth the relatively small expense, even if you're calling from several states away.

Not sure where the Dale Hollow area is located but i had the same problem. Emailing daily to several and no replies until i had one reply and wow, she was a great realtor for me and then for my in laws. She worked with us over a year and when i thought i was beginning to be a pain in the butt, she didn't seemed bothered by my requests at all. She was in Johnson City and covered mostly East TN. If that area is anywhere close to Dale Hollow, send me a PM and i'll be happy to give you her email/name and phone number.

daniellefort,

I am glad that worked out for you. Dale Hollow is on the Kentucky, Tennessee border and east of Nashville. I don't believe your realtor would cover that area but they may know someone who does.
