Default Greer Ridge Rd area of Moss, TN

Anyone know the area? It's the next place we're looking at property. Seeing as how the real estate agent wasn't able to be honest with us about the one we went to see in Gainesboro, I'd kind of like to get an idea of the area from someone that knows what it's like and doesn't stand to make a dime off me.

Don't misunderstand - I've had my share of lousy real estate agents, but I know there are some good ones out there. I'm not trying to imply that all of them are bad. Just my little foot note!
