Y'all can send a bit of that springlike weather to me. I'm still waist deep in snow.
I have a friend from Maine. He also joked that in the autumn they would look back and ask, "What day was summer?"

Then he would tell stories about moose hunting. "We'd sit around around all morning and then after lunch someone would say, 'Well, I guess it's time to go shoot a moose.'" Apparently great stalking abilities are not required for moose hunting.

Your afraid of cows and snakes, anything else? I was sitting on the deck last night and saw my bats flying around, I love them, but Ive always had a fear of them swooping too close and getting stuck in my hair.

When I went to High school, they would tell us if we walked across the football feild at night the bats would land in your hair and lay eggs. Now I don't know much about bats, so I dont know how true it was.... one reason I got afraid of snakes was when I was in my late teens ,my brother in law thought it would be funny to put his Boa constricter around my neck, it was 6 feet long, needless to say I told him to take it off!!!!!

That's silly. Bats don't lay eggs in your hair. They just suck your blood out . . . and then you become one of the living dead (like game show hosts).

;-)
