Real Estate Sheriff & Tax Sales
Were we came from, you could find out about foreclosures, tax sales, sheriff sales, etc., from the local courthouse. We purchased two rental units from a sheriff sale. Do you know where you would find information like that in TN.

Taxes are paid to the County Trustee. I suggest calling that office in the counties of interest to you and enquiring about tax sales.
You could also surf Tennessee.gov.
