Default Tennessee - Strut Your Spring Stuff

Let's try to keep this thread going through the Spring. Let's see your 2008 photos of Spring in Tennessee. This could be as diverse as the garden at your home, kids playing baseball in the town park, an outdoor festival, wildflowers in the mountains, the farmer out in the field, fisherman on the lake, the cat chasing birds at the bird feeder, bike riders cruisin' down the road, etc. ANYTHING that shows winter is over and Spring is here in Tennessee. Feel free to label them (such as birds in the fountain at ABC Park, daffodils around my house, bugs in the Smokies, etc).

That's a Bradford Pear; the unofficial tree of Knoxville. The dogwood trees don't get that large generally speaking.

Have you all heard the story of the dogwood as it relates to Jesus? Perfect story for Easter time.

In 2007, posted Fall photos of these Bradford Pears (bright orange, then) taken at Melton Hill Lake in Oak Ridge. We have some college rowing teams in from around the US practicing for their competitions, now.
