The sun came out for a few seconds, so I rushed out to my deck to snap a picture. Unfortunately, it was gone before I could do so.
I noticed that the ducks have now moved half-way up the mountain. They must think they are goats!

The rain has eased off a bit, the grass is growing, ducks and geese are nowhere in sight, kids (cats) are nappin....time for a nap myself......

Well fooey... I think about 100 bucks worth of seed is somewhere between here and Dale Hollow lake by now. They say it is better to light a candle than to curse the darkness, well, sometimes it just feels better to yell at the rain. grrrrrrr

That's why I put out so much straw.....
60# seed and 6 bales of straw. Boy that stuff is $$$
The lake is at least 2" over normal and overflowing to the Obed. Tomorrow morning the Obed should be fairly high.
