Well, the rain accumulation is certainly good news! Now, if the whole SE could do as well. We can use it everywhere. Cookeville may actually not see drought conditions then this summer.
The bad news is that legislator from Duluth who is causing all the trouble subscribes to Herald-Citizen!!
