If i were you, i'd want to be on the eastern side of the TN river. When "the big one" hits (the earthquake due along the New Madrid fault) all the bridges crossing it might fail, and you'd be stuck between the Mighty Miss and the TN... Not a place i'd like to be.

Just something to think about....
