Going to be in Monterey this January and my friends want to know if they need to BYOB or not....Thanks

Monterey is only 10 miles from Cookeville where you've got the big chain restaurants with their liquor by the drinks: Applebee's, O'Charley's, Outback, Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday, Chili's, Logan's Roadhouse, Cheddar's. Puleo's should be open sometime in January, too.
