The development company did not change just a couple of the partners within it. As to the reason for the partner change; the old partners were located out of state and the new reside in East Tennessee.
The sewer system for the Villas as to my understanding has a filtration station along with drip lines for the processed water.
Regarding the additional ammenities, the club house, pool, and tennis court are all that is left to be built. The grading and utilities are already in place for these. It is my understandng that once 15th Villa is sold that the consturction of the club house will be underway. They hope to have the tennis court and pool in prior to this. The marina and boat ramp was a "promised item" and it was completed and in place ahead of schedule.
