Looking for cheap apartments in the chattanooga, or downtown knoxville area. Cheap meaning $425 for a studio or 1bed, that is about the max I can pay.
If anyone knows of apartment manager websites, or apt complex's besides craigslist.com or the newspaper I would be obliged.

Zipcodes to look for in my rental search would be appreciated also. Or give me an idea of what sides of town would be a halfway decent neighborhood.

Thanks

Here's the link for Knoxville:

You can find a cheap apartment and you may be surprised that most will accept a pet, but many have breed and size restrictions and in most cases you'll pay extra for the pet.

Send away for the free apartment guide. It arrives fairly quickly. Also, you can pick them up in supermarkets (and probably gas station marts) once you get there.
