News, Citizens build case against Monterey codes inspector.
MONTEREY -- Several formal complaints that were filed last month against Monterey's building and codes enforcement officer -- some requesting his termination -- were heard last night by a committee of the town's mayor and board of aldermen.
Although no official decisions were made by that building and grounds committee regarding codes officer Marvin Dyer, a formal recommendation from the group is expected to be made Monday during the town's next regular monthly meeting. Herald-Citizen Online Edition - Cookeville, TN
