Default Pickett County liquor sales

Is Pickett County dry? Clinton county in nearby Kentucky? If both are dry, does anyone know the nearest place to Pall Mall, Tennessee, where wine can be bought by the bottle (and taken home)?

You can buy beer in pickett co. dont think you can in clinton. If you are in Pall Mall, there is a winery in Jamestown.

No packaged liquor anywhere around there that I know of. But like 2mares said, there is a great winery a few miles back down the road. Highland Manor Winery, it's right on hwy.127 in Jamestown.
The next closest winery would be Holly Ridge Winery just outside of Livingston on hwy. 85. It's excellent also.
