Anyone who can help me with my search for an upscale grocery in the eastern Tn. area is most appreciated. I will be relocating to the Dandridge, Morristown, Jefferson City area within the next few months and am feeling impending separation anxiety from my Harris Teeter, Lowe's Food, Fresh Market, Trader Joe's. I am now spoiled by their wonderful produce, variety of brands, cleanliness etc. Also, where would the closest Costco or Sam's Club be found in the area? Thanks! Nan

You'll have to drive to Knoxville for those. Knoxville has two Fresh Markets and an Earth Fare, which I think beats Fresh Market.
No Costco's around but there are several Sam's Clubs in Knoxville.
There's also a Super Target in Knoxville, in the same shopping center as Earth Fare, that I really like. Those two stores are about the only ones I shop.
There is an Ingles west of Morristown. That's similar to Harris Teeter.

Sam's Club is, unfortunately, not even close to Costco selection and quality. Earth Fare is wonderful, but it's pricey. I haven't found anything that has Trader Joe's combination of quality and economy. People who have never been to Trader Joe's just don't realize the outstanding value. Someday, Costco and Trader Joe's will make it to Knoxville.
