Default Rural Tennessee between Cookeville and Nashville...ask me ?'s

We live in Pleasant Shade currently on 20 acres. Just built a house in 2005 so we have that situation under our belt too. Also, we have lived in Carthage and Lebanon. So any questions concerning the area are welcome. I opened this thread due to the many personal messages I've gotten about these areas.

Ask away.

Hi, just popped in to this site in Tennessee. We have friends moving to Lebanon TN in the fall or early next year, and several families are looking into moving with them. What is the weather pattern in Lebanon especially Tornados past and present? What is the rain/snow like in past two years to present? What type of flooding happens? It looks like Lebanon is surrounded by two rivers? What part of Lebanon is better to live in elevation wise? Thanks for any reply.
