Question Dayton Mountain Highway

Just curious..Dayton Mountain Highway RT30 Dayton-Pikeville hows the road?

It gets a little curvy going down towards Pikeville. Last time I was on it, which was several months ago, it seemed to alright to me.
They have been working on it at the foot of the mountain on the PIkeville side.

Just curious, I had crossed 111 last year and that was a nice ride. I figured I try a new route this year. Kinda hard to figure out what the road looks like from Mapquest. All the roads I have traveled so far in Tennessee seem to be maintained very well.... Thanks
