Hey Folks,
The wife and I have made several trips now to Eastern Tennessee from Northeast PA. and we are getting frustrated. We have been trying pretty hard to find some land in the 5 to 10 acre parcel size that we can build on. Recently checked out Greeneville, TN. area and found it nice BUT no decent land parcels.
We do not want to be in a field that has been cut up into a small sub-division. Saw plenty of that in our travels.
Liked the Johnson City area and we also like the Mosheim, TN. area too!
Can anyone 'steer' us to some land?
Really want to build but at this point I would even look at a recently built home on a parcel the size we are looking for.
Sure would appreciate any ideas!
