Does anyone know if all of the Wilder Mountain property owners were named as parties to the J.J. Detwilder Bankruptcy. Does anyone have a list of creditors and debtor in electronic format?

I am heading to TN at the end of April. Just wanted to know if there is anyone living on Wilder that I can contact when I get there and talk about the lawsuit going on and where it is going at this point. I am going to check on my property there and want to decide if I want to still try to sell or hold on to it for a while.

I brought property up there in 2005 and we have been paying like it says in the contract but Can anyone tell us how we can get out of the contract because the company never has did what they said they were going to do!!! I have called the bank that the loan is thru and they just give me the run around.

I only have a hard copy of the list of creditors.
