Default Info on Clay County/Dale Hollow Lake area?

I am considering buying some land in the Celina, TN area just a couple of miles from Dale Hollow Dam. Does anyone have any info on this area?

Thanks

That is an incredibly beautiful area. It's also incredibly depressed economically. What kind of information are you seeking? Dale Hollow is my favorite lake in Tennessee (it also goes into Kentucky). It's big, deep, clean, and not crowded.

Prices there very a great deal. Look the area over good before buying. I bought a nice place on Turkeytown Road, just south of the lake three years ago. Utility company won't put in water or power until a foundation is up. Kinda tough to start building without that. Catch 22 I guess. Anyway, it's something to check into before you spend the dollars.
