Default Cove Norris and TVA
I have been looking at a lot in Cove Norris. I like the area and it seems to be a great place. Do any of you have any knowledge of Cove Norris. It has a Caryville, TN address. I am considering a nursing job in Knoxville.

I am investagating TVA ownership of the land at the water line. Could someone tell me about the 10-44 or the 10-20 line? If I buy this property will I have access to the water if I don't have 10-40??

Norris has very strict guidelines as far as how big your house has to be, what you can have on the water and so on. Don't forget, most coves in Tennessee are drained in the winter leaving you no water. The best thing for you to do would be to call a realtorModerator cut: PM this info please
