Default Tullahoma

This is a post for anybody who lives or is planning to live in Tullahoma. Tullahoma is a city of around 20,000 in Coffee County and Northern Franklin County. We have an abundance of shopping and restruants, movie theaters, historic Downtown, 2 recreation centers, 7 parks, indoor and outdoor pools, greenway systems, 23 ballfields, and Short springs state natural area are some of the many recreational activities to enjoy in Tullahoma. We are located just 11 miles from I-24 and can be easily accessed by a four lane divided highway or a two lane access road (to Chattanooga). I open this up for futher discussion on Tullahoma(Coffee County) for people moving or who live here to encourage people to move here. If any one has pictures please post them I will try and get some here shortly... So heres an open discussion

I'm not sure about the job situation, but Tullahoma city schools are excellent. You would not need to send your kids to a private school if you lived in Tullahoma, unless you just wanted them to go to a religious school.

Yes crimerates are above normal especially but Tullahoma has a FAIRLY low crimerate, although yes it is slightly above normal we have a great police department which keeps the rate where it is.

Anjoe-

From the Tullahoma News:

Tullahoma has a diversified work base that ranges from a Air Force base to
small machine shops, a rubber glove manufacturer and paper-related
industries. By far, Tullahoma's largest employer is Arnold Center.

Looks like there ought to be plenty of opportunities in Tullahoma for a qualified mechanical/tooling engineering career seeker.
