Default Looking for new area.....

I like Mt. Juliet and all but come March when my lease is up I want out of these apartments!! They look so darn nice but they aren't worth the money at all and then today after being here since March I get a call from the office. They said they had a call complaining my cat was in the breeze way, ok so?? Not my cat did any thing wrong, it is in the breeze way. She then tells me my cat isn't allowed outside unless it is on a leash....What?? If I had been told of this I never would have moved in here. I also had the former assistant manager over to walk my dog for the day last month and told her it doesn't matter if the cat goes in or out and she never said anything about it. That and just so many other things go on here it makes me scratch my head and think so much for luxury apartments. So anyways sorry to vent my question is, what towns are there close to Antioch that have great elementary schools? Close being 30 minutes or less to get there. I tried to look on a map but it wasn't very helpful, I am horrible at reading maps. My husband works in Antioch and with the rising fuel costs I'd like to stay close to it. Thanks for any help or info you can give!
