Post Cookeville News, Enjoy fireworks with caution.

COOKEVILLE -- With the Fourth of July quickly approaching, fireworks stands are popping up all over the county, and soon people will be setting off the fireworks to celebrate America's independence.

Although it is a time of celebration, it should also be a time of caution. According to Cookeville Fire Chief John Kendrick, every year there is an average of two to three hospital visits as a result from fireworks injuries.
