Tennessee's Sinking Data Center

I saw this article today on the Computerworld website. It's about how a Tennessee data center is built on a landfill and is literally sinking. But what interested me even more was a paragraph that talks about the condition of the Wolf Creek Dam. I had previously read that parts of Tennessee were in danger from this dam but I didn't know it was in the Top 5 nationwide of being the most at risk to fail.
