Not exactly Tennesseans, but Charles Schultz and Jimi Hendrix lived here (Clarksville) when they were in the army (maybe Hendrix did for a while afterwards; I know he used to play clubs on Jefferson Street in Nashville).

Hubby wants to add : Rusty Wallas is from Morristown and still owns a car dealership there.
I bet there are several NASCAR drivers that own a place in Bristol...anyone know?
