Famous Tennesseans !!!
Ok, let's dish about famous Tennesseans. The rules are that the person must either be from, used to live here or currently live here. Honorable mentions will go to offspring or parents of famous people. We all have different ideas on fame so this should be fun to see entertainers, sports figures, etc.

Some of my favorites:
- Cordell Hull, the "Father of the United Nations"
- Howard Baker, chief of staff under Ronald Reagan and former ambassador to Japan
- Tina Turner!
- Dixie Carter
- Wilma Rudolph
- Fred Smith (the guy who started FedEx)
- and as of a few years ago:
- Debbie Fields! You know, the Mrs. Fields cookie lady. She lives in Memphis now.

The only one I can think of right now (brain dead at the mo') is Park Overall, the nurse on Empty Nest, the old sitcom.
