Nashville to McMinnville (rentals, house, moving to)

We are thinking about moving to Warren County. I have several friends there, its a beautiful place, and I simply do not wish to raise my children in the city any longer. My husband will still be working in Nashville, but has a carpool friend in Warren county to share the drive.

We are having some trouble finding a 4 bedroom home to rent. If anyone has any ideas, I would be very happy to hear them. Thanks!

I don't know about renting, BUT this seems like a good deal.

it is 179,000 on ebay and If I am correct 165,000 on the mls listings.

I would also check the www.realtor.com website, I think they also list rentals

I bought the exact house he is referring to on E-Bay. It is going to be our retirement home. It is 2500+ square feet, 5.12 acres, 3 years old. My husband and I are not sure what to do with it for the next 5 to 7 years until we retire. It is a few minutes outside McMinnville in the country. It is a beauty. How long will your husband's commute be into Nashville to work? I'm planning to move to the area in June and concerned about the traffic issue due to some reports of it being unbearable. Any info you can share will be appreciated.
